Spain Surpasses Germany as Top RMG Market for Bangladesh in EU
Bangladesh's ready-made garment exports to the European Union grew by 3.33% in the first quarter of FY27, positioning Spain as the leading destination.
During the first quarter of the 2027 fiscal year, Bangladesh saw a 3.33% increase in total ready-made garment (RMG) exports to the European Union. With this growth, Spain has overtaken Germany to become the largest market for Bangladeshi apparel within the EU.
