IPDC Finance to raise Tk400 crore through bond issuance

IPDC Finance is set to raise Tk400 crore through the issuance of bonds. The company plans to issue a Tk200 crore unsecured subordinated bond with a six-year tenure to bolster its Tier-II capital. Additionally, the firm will issue a Tk200 crore green zero-coupon bond with a five-year maturity period.
